"I first came across internetsubtitling.com at the Thinking Digital conference and realised almost immediately that we (BALTIC) could work with Rob on a number of levels.

We have been producing in-house video since we opened in 2002, and were amongst the first art galleries to publish podcasts. In fact you might say that video is part of our culture as a gallery. So it will come as no surprise that we take captioning very seriously, and continually strive to make our captions more accessible to everyone.

We initially asked Rob to take a look at how we were using video, in the gallery and learning spaces, around the building and on the web, and to advise us on where we could improve. We were therefore delighted when he came back and said that what we were doing was very good. He made one or two suggestions as to where we may make minor improvements, then went on suggest some free tools and plug-ins we could use to make the process faster and easier.

Rob's expert knowledge of the subject, depth of real-world experience, personable character and ability to clearly and concisely convey this information back to us in a way that would make sense to differing levels of ability, made it a pleasure to work with him, and I would have no reservation recommending him to anyone."
