First we need the details of your project:

• What format your video file is, and how long it is.
• What video player or video host you're using.
• What you need (captions or subtitles, open or closed, languages etc.).

Our turnaround times for small jobs are usually measured in hours rather than days, but of course it depends how busy we are. We'll always get straight back to you, though, with confirmation of the total cost of your project and the turnaround time.

Next we need your video file:

• Often if you give us the url of your video we can simply download it and start work, without you having to lift a finger.
• Alternatively you can send it to us. If it's a very small file you can email it to us, otherwise we recommend YouSendIt, Pando, Mediafire or Dropbox.
• We can download files from your FTP site if you have one.

Lastly we need your payment:

• We'll send you an invoice with a PayPal link enabling you to pay by credit or debit card, or using your PayPal balance.
• Alternatively we can send you a conventional invoice, and accept payment by bank transfer or cheque.
• Note that we do require payment before we begin work on your project.
• For larger projects (over £2,000) we're happy to accept staged payments.

We'll deliver finished files by the most appropriate method, usually as email attachments. And as part of the service we'll even help you with configuring the files in Flash or uploading them to YouTube - whatever you need to get your subtitles and captions up and running.
